How do I return an item?
• First, fill out our simple on-line Returns Form.
• Make sure to pack your item in the same packaging it arrived in.
• Please include a copy of the invoice for fast identification.
• Send the item(s) with the courier of your choice and let us know whether you would like a store credit, refund or *replacement.
• Return the item(s) to: MammyLicious FZ LLC, PO Box 9203, Dubai, UAE.
• We will refund or *replace the item(s) as soon we receive it back from you in its original condition and packaging.
*(for International Shipments we are unable to offer item replacement due to Custom's regulations).

How quickly do I have to return my item(s)?
As long as the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all original labels and tags, you can send it back within 7 days. Whatever the reason for your return, just fill out our Returns Form, send the item(s) with the courier of your choice and let us know whether you would like a store credit, refund or replacement.
We will refund or *replace the item(s) as soon we receive it back from you in its original condition and packaging.
*(for International Shipments we are unable to offer item replacement due to Custom's regulations).

Products we can’t refund
The only products we can’t refund or exchange are not in their original condition and packaging or missing any original labels or tags. Please see the section below for details on re-packaging your item.

Re-packaging your item
You must repack any items you want to return in the same sleeve and condition they were delivered in. You must fill out our simple on-line Returns Form before you send your item back to us with the courier of your choice, and include the information contained in this form inside your package to be returned. 

Returns & Cancellations Policy - SHIPMENTS WITHIN UAE
If you change your mind about an item, or realise that you chose the wrong colour or size, or item was delivered damaged or wrong item was delivered to you, you can return or have your item replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You will be offered replacement or refund for the full value of the returned product, in the form of MammyLicious.com store credit or through the Original Mode of Payment.
For COD shipments we can only refund in the form of MammyLicious.com store credit only or bank transfer.
Any product can be returned as long it is in its original condition and packaging, with all original labels and tags.

New item(s) can be then purchased with new shipping costs calculated based on value and weight of product.
Shipping & Handling fees are strictly non-refundable.
